When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
Generally, the peak season for Siargao, based on weather, is between March and October. But it depends on what you intend to do. The surfers will want to enjoy the month between July and December. September is the month of the famed surfing competitions which practically bring the entire local and visiting community together. Even for a non-surfer, the most recommended time to enjoy Siargao is during the last quarter of the year covering the rainy season on the island.

Our accreditation is still in process. We can accept future bookings to secure the available slots for interested guests. But, we can't give full assurance that will get our DOT approval in time of your check-in date.
What is the difference between Beach Suite and Suite Villa apart from the beds?
The Beach Suite is a 50 sqm room, has a very wonderful wide view of the ocean and can accommodate up to 4 persons! The Suite Villa is a 70sqm room with a pool view, a large patio and can accommodate up to 6 persons! Thanks for the inquiry! :)

Yes construction is ongoing during the day for a small number of rooms - but very minimal noise left to do. Should be done by end of April at the very latest.
