Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Our one bedroom units offer a separate bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette, with tea & coffee making facilities and an outdoor setting. They are all ground floor and do not have sea views. Michele

Thank you for your inquiry We have parking suitable for a boat at our adjoining property just next door. Our apartments have a standard fridge freezer.

Kaikoura has the perfect ocean climate and geography for sperm whales, you will be able to see them all year round. Its best to call us first before you make your booking so we can reserve an extra night if needed.

Glad to help. The apartments have wall mounted air-conditioning systems that is capable of cooling/heating the whole apartment. However the bedrooms do not have their own air conditioner. I hope this answers your question.
