Yes, our gym and swimming pool is opened as usual at this moment. The opening hour of pool is 6:45AM to 9:45PM. However, it might be changed due to the future situation.

For guests staying at the hotel, Wi-Fi is offered for free of charge.

There is public shuttle bus service. The bus doesn't stop at our hotel. The nearest bus stop is Herbis Osaka which is only at a 5 minutes’ walk from the Hilton.

Swimming pool opens from 6:45am to 9:45pm. Hotel guests have free access to the facility during the stay. There is no age limit to use, but children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by parents.

The main difference between Hilton Rooms and Deluxe Rooms is whether a room has separate bathing area or not. While Deluxe Rooms have the separate bathing area, Hilton Rooms do not. Hilton Rooms have shower, bathtub and toilet in one area.

If King or Twin Executive Room is booked, the stay comes with the access to the Executive Lounge. The Executive Lounge access includes breakfast.

The airport limousine buses do not stop at Hilton Osaka. The closest bus stop is Herbis Osaka, which is located in the walking distance.

We are afraid, but Shinkansen does not stop at Osaka Station. It stops at Shin Osaka Station, so you can either take the subway Midosuji-Line to Umeda Station or, JR Line to Osaka Station from Shin Osaka Station.

The gym is open for 24 hours a day. Children under 16 years old are unable to use the gym and sauna area.

We do not have 4 beds in Japanese Suite. We can provide 'Futon' instead of extra bed.
