all the apartment, including the studio apartment, have washing machine but not dryer machine.

I guess that the differences in price is due the cancellation policy, because we have only one 2 bedroom apartment garden view, so I cant think any possible reason because you should see 2 of them

Hello Eugene, It depends which apartment you see, because the apartments that share the garden are all at the first floor, while the two big apartment are located at the second floor Leonardo

the patio is accessible only to the studio apartment, to the one bedroom apartment and to the one bedroom apartment split level, the 2 apartment with 2 bedrooms do not have access to the patio.

only the apartments with 1 bedroom and the studio apartment have access to garden, this three apartments have the windows on the garden, the 2 bedroom apartment have the Windows on the garden and on stalloreggi street, but they no access to garden

all apartments are equipped with air conditioning system
