How far is it from where the ships dock?

Do you have smoking room?
We don't have smoking rooms or areas as Italian law prohibits to smoke inside hotels. Smoking, even near an open window, may produce extra charge to the customer due to extra cleaning costs and the impossibility of selling the room on following days.
How do I get from Venice train station to the hotel please?
PUBLIC - WATERBUS (Vaporetto) From S. Lucia (FERROVIA) take line Line 1, Get down in S.ANGELO, 400 mt from us PRIVATE - WATER TAXI cost 80€ per boat, Ask to get off to "Rio Terrà Dei Assassini" pier, that is 200mt far from us

What is the height from floor to ceiling for a double room? My wife is claustrophobic (fear of confined space). From the picture you provided, it is like an attic room with a height of no more than 8 feet.
it depends which pic you mean, but usually the height is between 9/10 feet ( 2.90 / 3.00 mt )
Hi, in double/twin room, is it possible to have 2 separate single beds?

What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
-Public water bus ALILAGUNA 15€,1 hour 07 minutes, get down in S.Angelo, then walk 350 mt. to the hotel -Private water taxi 140€ 30/40 min. Ask (before getting on the taxi) to get down in Rio Terrà dei Assassini
