Street parking is generally not available in downtown Reykjavik. There is a paid public parking lot on the street behind the hotel: Grettisgata 11. There is another parking lot where free parking is available next to Hallgrimskirkja church.

Dear Guest. We are happy to confirm that both of our highest category rooms the Panorama Suite and the City Suite have a connecting door that can only be accessed if both rooms open it on each of their respective sides.

Early check-in depends on availability. We can't promise this, but we can always check on the day of arrival. Check-in at ION City is at 3PM and at ION Adventure at 4PM.

can the double beds be separated into two singles?

All rooms are equipped with king-sized beds that cannot be separated. However, 2 separate duvets can be arranged if requested in advance.

Can 3 people stay in a room? Or a roll away bed possible?

One extra bed (roll-away) with the additional price is accepted in Deluxe Rooms and Suite room categories only for a child up to 13 years old.
