Hello, what is the price of the spa access ?

Experience private moments in the unique ambience of the Spa only for you and your beloved one. Start with a steam bath and then continue with a hydro bath. It costs 50 Euros for 40 minutes (up to 3 persons).

We will be arriving by car and wonder if there is any parking nearby? Many thanks, Yvonne

You may park your vehicle in the nearest public parking area in Talo Square. The Old Town is largely pedestrian.

Do u have a shuttle to take us from the taxi when we arrive?

Please be so kind to ask your taxi driver to call the hotel to arrange for our porter to pick you up with our golf cart.

Is the one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor? If not, is there an elevator? Thank you

We would like to inform you that we have only one One-Bedroom Apartment located on the ground floor. Rest of them are accessed through the stairs. Only most of our signature suites are accessed through the lift.

Is there a pool

No swimming pool in the Hotel, there is a Jacuzzi in the Spa area and on the roof top

Hello I would like to come to Chania. Are stores, restaurants and sites open following Covid restrictions. Can we get a covid test in Crete?

We are pleased to inform you that stores, restaurants and sites are open. The restaurants close at 1.00 am. Should you wish, you could have a covid test in a medical center or at the hospital if you have heavy symptoms.

Is it possible to have 2 single bed rather than 1 double for this room?

You may park your vehicle in the nearest public parking area in Talo Square, which is around 100 meters far from our hotel.

Is there a beach nearby? If so, how many minutes by foot.

The nearest beach "Nea Chora", is in just 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel there is a fine, sandy beach with shallow water. It is a well organized beach with facilities for swimming and sunbathing (umbrellas, sunbeds)

We would like to inform you that most of our One-Bedroom Suites have a balcony with furniture.

Hello! Do you have airport transfers? Can someone please pick me up if I book with this hotel?

We would like to inform you that we could arrange for a transfers from Chania airport at the cost of 30 euros or from Heraklion airport at the cost of 180 euros.

Is there laundry available at the hotel? If yes, how much for the service.

Yes, we do,the laundry is collected and sent every day in the morning and the clothes are returned in the afternoon. There is always a laundry list and a laundry bag. There is a special rate wash and dry till 4 kg at the rate of 35,00 Euros.

I understand that there is no elevator to some of the rooms. Will your porter help get the luggage to our room ? Thank you

Yes of course! We help all our guests with their luggage from the minute you arrive. Golf cart service is also provided.

Are you located near to the old Xenia Hotel

We would like to inform you that we are located in the heart of the Old Town.

Do your suites have two separate sleeping areas with locked doors for privacy ?

Please be advised that some of our suites have two separate areas. One of our Family Suites has two bedrooms with a door in between too.

Please be advised that full PCR testing is available on site or in a private clinic within 10 minutes walking distance. We require notification at least 2 days in advance and you will receive the results within 24 hours.

Is there a swimming pool please?

We regret to inform you that we do not have a swimming pool, but there is a beach within 15 minutes walking distance.

Hello Does the executive suite sleep four people ?In a comfortable way ? If not , which suite do you recommend for a family of four adults Thanks

We would like to inform you that the Executive Suite has a king size bed and two sofa beds which have the dimensions of a normal bed. The Two-Bedroom Suite or the Master Suite which both have 2 bedrooms might be more comfortable for your family.

Hi. do you have parking place for free?

Please park at the public parking at Talos Square and give us a call to come and pick you up! Our hotel is located in a pedestrianised street and Talos Square is 3 minutes walking distance.

Please be advised that our roof terrace has spectacular views of the Old Venetian Town and the sea. There is a bar and a jacuzzi bathtub available upon request and 4 lounge chairs. It is never too crowded!

We would like to inform you that each One-Bedroom Suite is different. Some of them have a king bed others queen, twin etc. All extra persons are accommodated in sofa beds which have the dimensions of a normal bed.
