We have 3 Luxury suites which have a bath and walk in shower. Also we have The Suite which has a disabled access bathroom with a wet room.
Hi do you have a car park, is there a fee?
Hi, We have a large car park on site for around 50 cars. Parking is free.
Hi do you have twin rooms?
Hi, The Suite can be made in to a twin room. All the others are set as king size or super king size.
What time is check in and out please
Checkout is 11am
Do you have facilities to store bikes please?
Hi, Yes we can certainly store bikes. We would have space to store around 6 bikes in our lock up.
Which of your rooms are accessible without stairs as I have limited mobility but don’t require other adaptations. Thanks Dee
We have a luxury suite which has a walk in shower and a slight step with a separate bath and also the suite which has a wet room with a couple of hand rails. These are both in the upper block that you can access straight from the carpark so no steps

Good morning, I am looking to book for next year and would like a balcony suite room. I have read that you are a non smoking hotel - does this mean non smoking on the balconies or do we have to sit in the designated
smoking area?
All of our suites have balconies. There are ashtrays on the balconies. However we do ask you close the patio door whilst smoking to avoid the smell of smoke entering the room. Regards Melanie
do you allow small dogs?
We do allow dogs in two of your junior suites. We DO NOT allow dogs in the pub/bar or restaurant areas only in you're suite.
