That's correct

Unsure what is meant by sheets and towels are extra ???? How much please and why

Hello, sorry no, we have parking on the road outside or there is a free public car park a minutes walk away. We are rural and very quiet so never have any issues. Kind Regards Lee

Hi - I will be travelling by bicycle. Will it be possible to bring my bike into my room if staying at your property please?

Bikes can be stored yes

hi, can the double rooms be made into twins? I'm looking at 4-6 people on the 1st march eve 2024? thanks

Hi, I'm afraid not, we have traditional King Size beds.

Is it possible to check in earlier than 5:30, and if so how early?

At the moment we close between lunch and dinner. So we're closed from 3pm until 5.30pm. If you arrived between 2pm and 3pm we could check in then, with advance notice.

Do you have a ground floor room suitable for disabled ?

No, I;m afraid not, all of our rooms are on the first floor.

What time is breakfast served please?

7:30 to 8:30 Monday to Friday and 8:30 to 9:30 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Hi, is there overnight parking available near to your hotel? If so what are the charges.

Hi, we are a pub with rooms, not a hotel. We are situated in a terrace on a quiet road, unrestricted parking is usually available outside the pub. Or there is a free council car park a minute's walk away.

can be bikes be stored in the bedrooms?

No sorry, we do have a secure area on the ground floor where bikes can be stored.

On Booking, com the general description of your establishment indicates free parking, but under amenities it states no parking? Which is correct?

Both, there is free parking on the public road outside the pub. It’s is not offered by us personally as an amenity, we don’t have a car park. We used to answer yes to both questions and guests expected a private car park, either way confusion reigns.
