We have 2 rooms available that have walk in showers and are on the ground floor for disabled access These are very popular rooms and are in demand, if you need an accessible room pleasecontact the premises where we can check if they are available for you

Can the Double rooms be configured as Twins?

Some of our rooms can be twinned where available

Do you have cot facilities for a 2 year old

What type of beers do you sell…bottles & draft?

we sell both bottle and draft yes.

Do you offer early check in? And do you know how much a taxi costs from your property to Kilconquhar castle?

What’s the benefit in booking the rate that includes dinner. It appears that you pay £50 for 2 people and that gives you £50 towards cost of dinner??

Good morning The menu is all individually priced if you would prefer to book for Bed and Breakfast and just book a table in the restaurant and the bill can be charged to your room or you can pay in the restaurant. Allowance is £25 per person for DBB

How can I get to the closest beach from the property?

Your closest walk to the beach is 5 min away or a ten min stroll to Lower Largo

Is there a shuttle available to get to the closest beach nearby? What are the other transportation options?

No there is no shuttle bus to the beach from the hotel, however it is only a 10 min walk away

I am looking to book for 2 adults and 2 children (age 9 & 6) the suggested booking stated 1 x double bed. Would additional beds be added for the kids?

looking to book 5 adults in and one child of 4yrs on fri 19 Nov for 2 nights .is there room for 3 adults another room for twin bed plus child ?

Our Superior Rooms do not have walk-in shower. Shower is over bath. We only have two rooms on the ground floor with walk-in shower.
