Hi, We have 2 young children (6months and 20months). We have a travel cot and the youngest co sleeps so would not need an extra bed but wanted to check if this would incure any additional charges before booking?

Kids up to 12 stay and eat for free - Charges apply if you require rollaway beds to be placed in the room.

Is the swimming pool accessible for everyone staying in and is it open to swim at all times

The swimming pool is open from 7am up to 10pm and we advise pre-booking for a 45 minute slot.

Sorry, we don't have Sauna

Do you have a Laundry room. Can I leave my rucksack at reception and collect late I have a bicycle, would it be ok to bring it into the room? Karl

Good morning. We do not have a guest laundry room. We have a secured luggage room by the main reception and you can leave the bike and the rucksack in there.

Can you smoke outside in the gardens

we have designated areas for smoking - outside bar area

Is all the activities and entertainment included in the room price?

Depends which package you are on. If Bed and Breakfast you will have accommodation, breakfast the next morning and complimentary access to our swimming pool and gym. - If Dinner, bed and breakfast you will also have 2 or 3 course meal included (depends of what you have booked) - Any question, please contact the venue.

do you have ground floor rooms , preferably with direct access to the garden

Yes, we do have ground floor bedroom on our residential conference building, not the mansion house. They have direct access to the outside and then to the grounds

Are dogs allowed? We would like to come with our Australian Shepherd.

Dogs are allowed at a supplement fee of £30.00 per stay, which includes a welcome pack & dog bed. Please kindly advise the size & type of dog. Please note that dogs are not allowed to be in the Restaurant.

For dinner time, in our main restaurant, we have a buffet menu that varies each day, therefore we do not have a menu available. However, we will be introducing a new bar dinner menu in the next few weeks

Children are allowed at the same times as adults and must be accompanied by them all times. 45 minute time slots in the pool must be booked in advance.

Re disabled room 204 from 11 October for 2 nights. On returning to our home yesterday,pm found my husband had left his prescription reading glasses(in black case), medication fiseocrem for his new knee plus Spanish magazines in bedside draw. As child beds had been put in room for overnight stay for grandchildren on 12 October could not easily access draw as blocked in so did not check for possessions on leaving. Several messages have been left with reception (Patricia) to pass on to housekeeping we have not yet heard if items have been handed in. An urgent reply would be appreciated.
