Yes you can. We would need your order the night before, you can do this with us at reception and we will arrange the rest. Thank you

Due to the age of our building rooms are all different shapes and sizes. If you go to our main Bay Tree web page the room pictures have more details on them

Thank you for your question. Yes we are still serving a full English breakfast alongside our continental options. The only difference to breakfast is we serve everything to you at the table rather than having a continental buffet.

We dog welcome dogs to our hotel, not every bedroom is dog friendly, so if possible we do ask guests to check with us to confirm availability before booking.

We have a few rooms that we would be able to put 2 x extra beds in so you could all stay in the same room. We do not have any adjoining bedrooms. We do cater for vegans.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am during the week and 8am at weekends through to 10am.

A lot of our rooms are dog friendly so let us know you are bringing your dog and we will allocate the room accordingly. We do not offer fridges in any of our bedrooms

Thank you for your question, the hotel does not have any lifts, however, we do have ground floor rooms. They are our Garden Rooms. Or why not treat yourself the The Tanfield Suite situated on the ground floor in The Cottage

We do not have a lift at the hotel. We only have one room which is ground floor with a walk in shower however please be aware there are many steps around the hotel and not easy for those with limited mobility
