how do you get into San Sebastian from the hotel,without a car thank you

Will the restaurant be open on 9th and 19th September in the evening and is there parking available please

Our cafeteria is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner from 7.30 pm to 10 pm sunday to thursday and from 8 pm to 22.30 pm friday and saturday. We also have an outdoor parking for our guests around the hotel.
