Hallo, we are a couple traveling by car from the Netherlands to Romania for family medical emergency. Being in transit we want to book one night before continuing the trip. We can provide 48h COVID test results and papers showing the urgency for travel. Would we be allowed to make reservation?

Unfortunately, we are only allowed to accommodate guests who are travelling for business reasons. For this we need a certification. If you have to travel due to illness, a booking would also be possible, but we also need a certificate.

Good morning, our underground car park is directly at the hotel costs 12€/24h. Unfortunately, it cannot be reserved in advance, there are enough parking spaces available, so it is usually not a problem to find a suitable place. We have cameras.
