Dear Guest, Kindly be informed that the Twin Bed Studio Suite category can also accommodate a third person on the sofabed within the room.

We want to book a suite for 2 adulte, and two children, is it possible for children to use from sofa? (My kids are 5 and 10 years old)

Seems you are misleading customers here, it shows popular facility as Parking and then in the bottom it says no Parking available. Running a Scam??

Can the terrace art studio sleep 3 people? It only says 1 king bed

There could be 3 People, only with Sofabed. maximum occupancy is 4 Personen.

Could you please let me know the make/model of the washer/dryer machines that you have in the Studio room ?

Dear guests, our washer and dryers are made by SIEMENS. Extraklasse Waschen& Trocknen 8/5kg IQ500.

do you have a house keeping, i mean someone to clean the room ? .. about the parking is it free for who living in the hotel ?

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you very much for your question. Yes we do indeed have a whole Housekeeping team which cleans the rooms on a daily basis and also we offer a turndown service additionally. Parking is charged with 32€ per night. Best regards

Do you have rooms for 4 people? Or 2 rooms with adjacent connecting doors?

Thank you so much for contacting us concerning a room for four person. We offer a two Bedroom Suite, with two seperate bedrooms with 134 m². A nother option would be the beautiful 2 Bedroom Wellem Suite with a private roof terrace with 125 m².

Is there a washing machine inside the kitchenette or self service laundry facilities on the property. What are the charges. Thank you

King bed studio can you have a balcony guaranteed and us there hot breakfast items

Dear Guest, A balcony is subject to availability, but we can do our best to find a room with a balcony for your reservation if you make a note during the booking process. Hot breakfast items are available weekdays from 07 am to 10 am and weekends from 07 am to 11am.
