Do you have an airport shuttle?

We do have a shuttle located on the departures, level 3 - Look out for courtesy shuttle phone outside the exit. Use the courtesy phone to call the hotel to let us know you are ready for pick-up.

Do you have a shuttle to take a Royal Caribbean cruise? Vancouver, Canada

We do not have a shuttle that runs to the cruise ship terminal, however taxi fare is approximately $35-$45 per vehicle. This can be arranged with the front desk on your day of departure.

Pets allowed

We do allow 1 dog per room at no additional cost however pet waiver need to be signed at time of check-in.

Do you supply transportation to the airport?

Taxi fare to the airport is metered, but will run at approximately $15 CAD dependent of traffic.

We do have luggage storage available for our guests should you arrive earlier than the 3pm check-in time. If we are not able to get you into a room early, you can store your luggage with the front desk complimentary until your room is ready.

Please be advised that there is no longer any designated quarantine hotels, while quarantine package is not available. We would recommend you to check with the government for the specifications required for a self isolation accommodation.

Can we make a reservation room for 3nights during quarantine? We will arrive at Vancouver on Mar 7th~ If we could reserve the room by online, it would be great for us
