Is there underground parking with king room?

All of our room rates do not include parking. Self parking is available in the public parking lot directly under the hotel, payable directly on site for $32 overnight until the next day at 5pm, taxes are included.

What’s the extra charge if we bring our 2 Labrador puppies (2 adults coming).

We charge an additional CAD 25 + taxes fee per pet, per room, per night; maximum of 2 pets per room; a maximum of CAD 75 + taxes for a week pet deposit.

All of our rooms have an attached bathroom with a sink and a toilet. The Deluxe King only has a walk-in shower. There are other rooms that have a separate soaker tub.

We are a pet friendly hotel and all of our rooms are pet friendly. And yes, we do allow cats. We do charge for an additional CAD 25 + taxes per pet, per night.

Yes it has a living area. Its an open concept. The living room and bedroom is attached. No seperation

Our guaranteed check in time is from 4pm and check out of 12-noon. It may be possible to check in or check-out earlier, however this is subject to availability and determined by our occupancy levels from the previous day, and housekeeping.

Is there a mini fridge

All of our rooms contain one mini beverage cooler, located in the wardrobe in the room. We have a small inventory of mini fridges available, that may be delivered to the room upon request.

Hello! What is the clearance on the parking garage? I am in an SUV with a cargo carrier, and sometimes it is too tall for parking garages.

Our underground parking's height clearance is 7 ft.

Is there a balcony in this room

None of our rooms have a balcony.

How much is breakfast? And how much is brunch?

We have 5 items in our daily breakfast menu ranging from CAD 15 to CAD 30 per item. Brunch only happens during Saturday and Sundays and also ala carte.

All our rooms feature mini coolers and the microwaves can be requested during the stay.

There is a mini cooler in the room; the rooms do not have a balcony.

Yes, there is. Both our Ocean View Suites and Superior King Corner Rooms.

Do you include breakfast. Is breakfast available at all? Does the hotel have a restaurant?

We have breakfast package. At the moment - Breakfast is available on a To Go basis. the kitchen is open from 8am to 10am with limited menu

do you have available hot tubs at your facility

Our hotel does not have a hot tub, pool, gym or similar leisure facilities. We do have the Waterfront Spa, which offer treatments such as massages, manicures and facials where our guests can receive a 10% discount on select treatments.

Hi, is it dog-friendly?

Our rooms are pet friendly with just a $25+tax pet fee, per night per pet, with a maximum charge cap of $75+tax. Should you require any pet amenities for the dog, such as a bed or food & water bowls, this service is also available and complimentary.

Do you have honeymoon suite or room with hot tub?

We do not. Our Deluxe King Corner, Superior King Corner, and Ocean View Suite room types have soaker bathtubs only.

Does the superior Corner king from have a soaker tub AND rainfall shower? Also is it sea view?

The Superior King Corner room does have a soaker tub and a separate rain fall shower. It does not have a water view. A similar room called Ocean View Suite has the water view.
