The hotel standard checking in is at 3pm, while checking out at 11am. Should the room be ready, and guests arrived earlier the checking in time, we can let the guests to stay and checked them in.
I would like to book the pet friendly room , we have miniature schnauzer is it possible ?

Room rate doesn't include the parking. Unless we will add it into the room rate charge. The hotel doesn't owe any of the parking. Guests can opt to pay directly to the vendor machine, or we can help the guests to register for them.
What’s the highest floor and with the best view cost?
The hotel has only until 7th floor and different room categories have different views. We suggest you book for our 1 Bedroom Executive Suite, or a Larger Guest room, 1 King, Whirlpool.
How much is the deposit for one room for 6 night stay ?
Room charge will be based on the room categories you are interested to booked at. Deposit for the room depends on the needed payment terms and conditions created. There is a $100 Incidentals wherein we charge via guests' credit card upon arrival.
Hi there. Is there a pool at your hotel?
The hotel doesn't have any pool facilities.
Do the rooms have a microwave?
Unfortunately, the rooms do not come with microwaves. However, one can be requested which we can then place in your room prior to your arrival.
Do you accept visa debit for check in??
The hotel preferred to collect the Incidentals charges ($100 per stay) upon arrival to be in credit card. Visa Debit can be accepted however charge will be at $350/stay. This Incidentals will be released 3- 5 business days after checking out.
Is there a shower and sofa bed in the room
All rooms have a shower however, sofa bed is available only for some room categories.
Could a customer use debit visa or debit Mastercard to pay for the room and damage deposit?
The hotel preferred to collect payment to the guests via a credit card. Visa or Mastercard Debit can be accepted however full payment will charged; Incidental charge will be at $350.

A standard Incidentals charge of $100 per stay upon arrival will be deducted to the guests' credit card. Room and tax will be charged depending on the policy created during that period.

The maximum occupancy that a room can accommodate is 4 persons, depending on the room category. There will be an extra charge for the extra person/bed charge.

Hi. Not all rooms have bathtub however should you wish to stay in one of those rooms, feel free to book for Larger Guest room, Whirlpool, a 1 Bedroom Suite, Whirlpool, or a One- Bedroom Presidential Suite, Corner room, Whirlpool.
Do you have free parking? And is there room for a vehicle with a carrier box on top? 7 foot 3 in height?
The hotel does not owe any of the parking. Guests can pay directly via the vendor machine, or the hotel can help you registered for you and payment can be made directly at $35 per day. Large vehicles can be parked at the 102nd street parking.
