Yes it is perfect accessible by elevator. You will have to take two elevators to get to your room if you don't want to use any staircases. We can give you some further intel at check-in.

The Duplex Quadruple Room can be reached after taking the elevator and a staircase, which contains about 13 steps. The room itself also contains a spiral staircase.
