Each unit has 1 assigned spot in our underground carpark. The height limit is 2.1m.

How much does it cost to use Fitness Centre? Why do you charge people who pay to stay there

It is run by a company separate to our holiday management, the company is called Studio 4.

Can I make a booking if I am coming from a hotspot?

We are not accepting bookings from persons residing in locations listed as a hotspot.

Is an ocean view available

Is the pool and bbq area open?

Pool is open and currently heated. The BBQ area is still closed due to the cladding and fire issue. However, there are some public BBQs located along the beachfront if you would like to use these.

The High Floor rate guarantees a high floor, however if you're wanting an Ocean View you can make a booking request which would be subject to availability upon your arrival date. Hello, There is a privately owned commercial gym on the property you can access for $15.00 per week (approximately) plus a $20 deposit for a fob that is refunded when you return it. All the TV’s in the building are Smart TV's apart from 1 room.

Can the 2nd bedroom be made into a double bed.?

Unfortunately, due to WH&S Regulations we are unable to safely lock all of our beds together. If it is possible in the unit you are assigned we will do our best to arrange this for you, simply put this on your room requests when booking.

Thank you for your question, All of our 1 bedroom apartments are a queen bed and unable to be split, however the apartment is a large 92sqm and can easily fit a rollaway if required.

Studio 4 Injury Rehabilitation govern the Gym and their office is right next door to the entrance of Tweed Ultima. The Gym is located on Level 1 near our pool.
