We have a lovely outdoor area by the pools here at Sirocco with tables and chairs for the family. We also have poolside sun lounges able to be shaded by umbrellas, perfect for lounging on whilst watching the kids!
When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

Thank you for your question, a mid stay service is only provided to guests who stay 8 nights or more. Mini and full services can be purchased however.

Hi, please note that our carpark height is 2.17 metres. However, there is a multilevel carpark just across the road.

Are the apartments on the same floor?
We have level 2 - level 9 for 2 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom executive apartment. Level 7 for 3 bedroom apartment and Level 10 for 2 bedroom penthouse.
Do the 2 bedroom executive apartments have 2 living areas? I think when we stayed a few years back there was another tv room but it doesn’t appear so in the photos. Thank you
2 Bedroom executive apartment has 2 types. 03 or 04 room which is inside room has 2nd living. And 01 or 08 room, which is corner room doesn't have 2nd lounge room, however it has balcony for each bedroom, so you can expect more sun light come in.
Do any of the apartments have a king bed in the master bedroom?
Many of our apartments have king beds in the master bedroom, however some do have queen beds. Please add your request to your reservation - please note requests are not guaranteed but met if possible

Do all your rooms have Foxtel (especially the sport channel) And are there any 1 bedroom apartments (just husband and I planning) as he is not very mobile. We are from vic so would be looking at late next year.

Yes all of our rooms have Foxtel and we have 5 sports channels. We only have 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments in this property. Please contact our Guest Services or Central Reservations for rates.
What Floor is the 2 Bedroom apartment advertised ? Does it have ocean view and free car parking. Is there free wifi?
Our 2 bedroom apartments range from level 2 to level 9 and have one free parking spot per apartment and WiFi is free if you are a Accor member and you can sign up for free or you can pay for WiFi. Kind Regards Reception

yes or you can keep your reservation with us for 12 months
Do you do breakfast?
mantra Sirocco does not have a restaurant so breakfast is not included. There are many cafes on our doorstep though that do fantastic breakfast.

We would like to book for 5 people. However, l placed the number of guests and if doesn’t tell me the configuration for 5 people but for 4. Can you please confirm if the 5th guest has a sofa bed or alternative arrangements?

Confused about the following: entire unit located on ground floor. Is it a ground floor unit with no view or does this mean the unit is all on one level?
Ground floor units are on our pool level they still have views, just have a courtyard and direct access to the pool and are all on one level. Kind Regards Zoey Reception
