We will be accepting NSW stay vouchers, as soon as we receive final approval from the NSW Government. We expect that we will be able to accept vouchers within the next coming weeks.

Our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities in the room however there is no toaster or microwave inside. We have a common area with a microwave which you can make use of through out your stay.

Hello! Thanks for your question. The King beds in some of our King Rooms can be split in half to create 2x King Single beds. Alternatively, we also have Queen Plus One rooms which feature both a Queen and Single bed.

We completed the current renovations and painting across the restaurant and rooms prior to opening in December. There are however rolling renovations underway so it is best to touch base with us to see what stage we are at with the work.

Hi There, We do accept NSW Government vouchers however, we can only accept them Via direct bookings. Our restaurant is open every morning for breakfast and Wednesday-Sunday for dinner. Our spa is needing renovations so not open as of yet.

We are currently in the process of establishing our property to be able to receive and process NSW Government vouchers. While we have not finalised the process as of today, we will be able to in the future.

We do have our 2-bedroom Gunnadoo Suites which have spa baths in them.

We are currently working on the landscaping at Kyah, including the beautification of the entire grounds. The bathrooms in the king rooms have not yet been fully turned over and have new fittings and fixtures only.

There is no guest laundry available at the hotel. There is a laundrette in Blackheath if needed.

The included breakfast is a buffet-style grazing table, which includes fruits, muesli, yoghurt, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, percolated cofffee and tea.

This room is open plan with one separated area with a double bunk bed and a king room in the main area.

We do have pet friendly rooms, in order to be assigned one you will have to let us know you will be bringing your pet along. Please note there is a $50 surcharge for these rooms.
