The outdoor spa is heated and the smaller Bali pool which is heated to 28 degrees.

We have 2 disabled access unit which are classified as Studio Courtyards. They have a large open shower with hand rails and seat in shower. We also have studio apartments on level 1 that are easily accessible. Please request disabled unit if required

We have the option for 2 king beds or 1 king & 2x single beds for our bedding configuration in our one bedroom family suites.

Our reception is open 7am to 9pm daily. If you are arriving after 9pm we can organise your keys to be placed in the safe outside reception. Please contact reception to organise the arrival after hours if needed.

Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle buses available near us. However, we are able to organise a taxi for you should you require transport in the local area. We are also within walking distance to the beach.

Yes you will have a pool to use which is for all guests in the resort to use.

Studio Courtyards are smaller in size, have stair access and are closer to the restaurant. The Studio Apartments are larger than the Studio Courtyard and have lift access. You will find there are different options in regards to the cancellation.

The main shopping area is a 2min walk from the resort. You will find coles shopping centre, bottle shop, butcher, health food store as well as a couple of cafes and restaurants.

Hi, The wellness spa is currently operating. We do only have one therapist working due to restrictions. Spice den is managed by a third party. Currently open Wed-Sun dinner and lunch on saturdays and sundays

With the ever-changing world we live in currently, Oaks recommends guests choose a flexible cancellation policy, so they have the option to cancel up to 48hrs before travel, with no penalty

We are only about a three minute walk from the beach. Take a right out the front reception wooden doors and follow the street down to the end where you'll find a beach access pathway and continue through to the beach.

Our Studio Apartment has one king bed although we have rollaway beds available upon request.

The Breakfast is located at a local cafe, within a 2min walk from the resort. You are able to choose one hot breakfast option off their menu and a drink

Thank you for your inquiry. You will see a no cancellation rate, flexible option (48hr cancellation), breakfast included package. You might also find a rate for 2 people and a rate for 3 people.

We do not offer any breakfast onsite although we can recommend Tuckers and The Bakers Cafe which are just a two minute walk from the resort for breakfast.

The best way to ensure you have a spa bath in your room, is to choose either a Studio Apartment, Studio Pool access room, or any of our larger rooms

The prices may be different depending on the number of people and whether it is a no cancellation booking or 24hr cancellation booking

The 2 bedroom executive can either have 2 king beds or 1 king and 2 single beds. It has 2 seperate bedrooms then an open plan dining, kitchen and lounge room

Hi, Yes our bali pool is heated aswell as our outdoor spa and we also have a larger main pool which is not heated.

Most of our apartments have direct lift access to the higher floors. If this is something a guest requires, we are more than happy to try and accommodate

Hi, all of our studio apartments including the studio apartment with pool access have 1 king bed which are not able to be separated into 2 singles.

There is a sliding door that separates the main bathroom to the toilet and shower

The Studio courtyards are slightly small in size and have stair access only. Not all the Studio Courtyards have spa baths in the room. The Studio Apartments are larger in size, all have spa baths and are located right around the resort.

We have limits on how many people can be in the pool at once. All guests must sign in at reception before using the pools and are given 1hr at a time.

Due to social distancing there are reduced numbers of guests allowed to use pools at any given time. We ask guests to register to use the facilities. You are more than welcome to relax by the pool in the lounge chairs etc at any time.

All our studio apartments have 1 king bed in them which can not be split into 2 single beds. We can add a rollaway bed to the booking for an extra $49 per night.

A select few of our Studio Apartments have ocean glimpses. These rooms are on the Southern end of our building. We cannot guarantee room allocation or views when booking, however we do try to accommodate guest's requests

None of our 2 bedrooms look over the pool. Our 1 bedroom family rooms do look over the pool and can sleep up to 4 people.
