We have 4 Self Contained Studio all located at the rear of our main residence. There are no shared facilities, parking is immediately outside your Studio. The beach is just a walk across the road, Shops & Restaurants 6-700 metres walk.
Hi is there a kitchen with cook top and fridge in the unit?
Yes, the units have a small kitchen area with Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and large fridge. All cooking utensils, Crockery and Cutlery are included. All linen and towels are also included.
When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
The period December through to end of April is normally very good beach type weather. Of course Victoria climate is changeable with the very best beach weather being January through to the end of March.
Am I able to book this room for 2 days. 27-29th December?
Also have an infant but will bring own bed.

Sorry, we only have 4 units and all are "No Pets". Its just that we do get guests who have allergies so for our business we like to keep it pet free.
if I book for tonight where would I pick the key up from ?
We live on site at Dromana Beach Getaway, so key pick-up is no problem
Is it possible to have two single beds please?
No, the Units have a Queen Bed and mainly suit 2 Adults. However, there is a fold-out Double Bed Couch that can be used if separate beds are required.

We are a smallish establishment with 4 self contained rooms. It is no problem to book two rooms depending on availability.

Do you hear the beach at night?
Just wondered as you are on a busy road.
Our rooms are located behind our main 2 storey residence and glass is double glazed so rooms are quiet. You would not hear the beach at night. Point Nepean Road road is not busy during the night.
Hi .how many beds in the property?
We have 4 Studios, all are self contained with no shared facilities. The rooms have a Queen Bed. There is a couch that folds out into a double bed but this is located in the same Studio Room
What is the price I have two different prices for this leoperty
Prices are what is stated online, not sure where you are getting 2 different prices from?
Can we get a 12 noon checkout on sunday
This is not usually available particularly over the summer months because we have to prepare rooms for incoming guests
