Double room is only for 2 people. Also if the baby is sleeping with you, it is a little bit small for the family. You can book a Studio.

Rooms are the same, only Houses have different positions. Sommercard are included in Price and available for all of our Guests

Hello, we cannot provide a crib in a double room, because the space is to small, you would need to change in a Studio or Suite.

If you book non refundable rate you have to pay directly after you have booked and you will not get any money back. If you book super flexible rate you can cancel till 1 day before arrival till 4 pm and the payment must be done 1 day befor arrival.

There are double beds in all room categories. However, in the studio or penthouse you can separate the beds so that you have twin beds. From the 15.05. til the 31.10.2023 you receive during your stay the ZellamSee-Kaprun summer card

In our hotel there are Panoramasuites with 2 bedrooms for 6 people (adults and children) or 3-bedroom Penthouse with private Sauna ( 6 - 8 people) or 4-bedroom Penthouse Annex with private Sauna ( 8 - 10 people)

Good morning, our shuttle starts beginning of December and will work then every day between 08:00 am and 05:00 pm. The Shuttle is free of charge and will bring you to the Maiskogelbahn, 5 min. drive. That's the cable car in the centre of Kaprun.

For 2 adults and 4 children we offer suites with 2 bedrooms, which is exactly for 6 people. Annex means: it is the annex building of the hotel.

Can the suite accommodate a person in a wheelchair.
